An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a 3 rd party resource that provides confidential information and support to employees and their families who need personal assistance ranging from everyday to life-changing issues. The goal of our EAP program is to provide valuable personal resources to your employees meanwhile aiding them in becoming as productive as possible at work.

EAP services are available on a stand-alone basis, however, they are typically included at no additional cost with our Group Life and Group Disability plans.
